As of 11/15/2023 the ability to get this replacement controller has been affected by a supply issue of a critical chip. The main chip used has been obsoleted and as of now no replacement has been found. Boards can still be manufactured but the chip has to come from your existing circuit board. The condition of your chip will not be known until the entire board is received and verified. This process will bring the generator down for approximately a month.

As of 04/01/2024 Online Power Products is proud to offer a new replacement controller for the older discontinued Elliott digital system. The new controller, features state of the art electronic engineering, user friendly programming features, additional monitoring points and digital outputs that are up to the discretion of the customer needs.

We would like to emphasize that your just not purchasing just a controller, this is a plug and play assembly that has been selected to fit the original location, with minimum alteration to the original area. The technician will only have to expand the original opening and plug the 4 original plugs/harness's in. Programming and testing has been completed.
All protective fuses have been installed, the controller is preprogrammed with all the common inputs and alarm outputs, "Not in Auto, Running, Common alarm, Low fuel, Low battery voltage", These outputs can be tied into a monitored fire/alarm panel. Commonly required now in large building or critical applications.
This purchase includes, a new electrical schematic updating the generators wiring that reflects the new controller, a signed test report, complete manual and flash drive.
The flash drive, holds the programming software, the manual, the test report and the electrical schematic in digital form". This flash drive is intended to be left on the generator to aide future technicians and the owner of the generator.
When a controller gets replaced in the field it is very common that numerous items will not work as planned or critical protective parts are missed, i.e. fuses, proper wire, lack of experience with the new product. Call backs are common in these situations
All controllers are pre programmed and come with harness' that will plug directly into your existing system. Install time is around 2 hours. The tech will have to cut a new mounting hole and may have to mount an additional crank relay that will come with the controller kit.
This being an electronic part there are no refunds or returns after purchase, repairs can be made on new units and if there are any problems after purchase Online Power Products will determine the cause of a failure and will stand by any factory defects. All customer damage will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note : In the first and second controller picture the black metal mounting plate is not included and is only shown to help identify what you may have.
Once the purchase has been made an equipment questionnaire will be emailed to you, for you to fill out. This questionnaire identifies programming info needed such as serial numbers, voltage ratings, fuel type etc. etc.
